R10 topbuy's website support is ridiculous, I ordered a product, encountered a website error, as a result, my payment already done by paypal, the order was still pending, then i asked help from the online support. The support did not solve my problem, they know nothing about paypal payment, asked me to send email to someone else, i did so, but no reply, this was a poor service. (10/02/2012 11:33:51)

R9 love some fashion on topbuy, the new section toplook is good, I will try to buy some items. Just remind the ETA, if you urgently need the products, you may select produts with ETA of 5-8 days, otherwise, if you choose products with ETA of 15 days, sometimes may need to wait one month to receive!
The ETA is very tranparent to buyers, so we are lucky to get order rapidaly if the ETA is something like 3-8 days. We will order a very cheap item if the ETA is 10-20 days. Fair enough. (19/11/2011 18:49:56)
