Mount Major Pinot Noir wines are made from fruit grown in the mountain ranges in Victoria. The fruit has been carefully selected to maximize the characters and quality of Pinot Noir.

After a warm, dry growing season this Pinot Noir was picked at optimum maturity. In order to capture the complexity of varietal characters and balance, a combination of winemaking techniques have been used including cold macceration before fermentation, including the use of whole bunches.

This wine is made for immediate enjoyment and will develop over the next 3-4 years. Enjoy with meat or pasta dishes!
