R12  Occasionally i received a delay support email from crazydomains, and i notice the sender is so called "Customer Care Agent" hidden with last name. Why they use Customer Care Agent?
These agents' replies are totally nonprofessional, and pointless, never solve my problems. (10/09/2013 11:12:07)

I cannot use ftp!

M0  You're not alone; I've had multiple reports of persistent failure getting through to Crazy Domains, I think at least 4-5 people. Two of those people had been ringing every day for a few weeks, from memory.
