R4  What does 3 months full exchange mean?
It means you can change old product to new one if there are some reasons. You, as a buyer, if the product itself has no problem, you may need to pay shipping fee from your side to Starzmart when you return the product, and Starzmart is responsible for shipping new product to your place, so you pay one way shipping fee.

This is fair enough.
