Please contact  the sellers of  the deals directly. The seller contact information is under "The company" tab of every deal.

For after-sale support, please use enquiry form on every detailed order page under "My orders" section. The enquiry is handled by After-sale Message System,  will be responded by the seller admin and dealhot admin rapidly.

To become a seller

Please use the following form to send a message as "Become a seller".  You must read Terms of use before submit the seller application. A seller could be selected from more than 200,000 businesses in our business rating center, however it is not automatically approved, administrators of dealhot will contact you for further agreement if your application complies with certain criteria including the reputation and rating scores of your business.

From 2012, we only accept the sellers in Australia, oversea sellers are no longer accepted to open a shop in dealhot.
